Three Decades of Hospitality Leadership, Built on People First.
Throughout her career, Ginny Morrison has believed that success is built on relationships, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Over the course of more than three decades in hospitality, Ginny has held leadership roles spanning hotel operations, sales, marketing, revenue management, and executive leadership. She has worked with some of the industry's most respected brands and organizations, guiding teams through periods of growth, transformation, and opportunity while remaining grounded in a simple philosophy: put people first and do the right thing, even when it's difficult.
Ginny's hospitality journey began after earning a degree in Nutrition from Bowling Green State University. What started as a role managing a French bistro evolved into a lifelong passion for hospitality and leadership. Over the years, she has served in positions ranging from Food & Beverage Director and General Manager to Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, gaining a unique perspective on every facet of hotel operations and commercial strategy.
Most recently, Ginny served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Spire Hospitality, where she oversaw sales and marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts throughout the United States. Her leadership helped drive performance, strengthen cultures, and develop future hospitality leaders while delivering meaningful results for owners, guests, and team members alike.
While her professional accomplishments are numerous, Ginny is most proud of the people she has mentored, the careers she has helped shape, and the relationships she has built along the way. She believes leadership is not about position or title, but about service, integrity, and creating opportunities for others to grow.
Today, Ginny continues to share the lessons, experiences, and values that have guided her career through mentoring, speaking engagements, industry involvement, and thought leadership. Whether discussing hospitality, leadership, culture, or personal growth, her focus remains the same: helping others become the best version of themselves.
Because at the end of the day, great leadership is about people.
